3. Are shapewear products returnable?

Due to hygiene and intimate-use safety standards, most of our products—including shapewear, bodysuits, briefs, and panties—are non-returnable once opened or tried on. They are only eligible for replacement if delivered defective, damaged, or incorrect.

4. Which products are eligible for return or exchange?

Non-intimate apparel items or bras (provided the hygiene seals and tags are intact) are eligible for an exchange or return within 7 days of delivery, provided they are completely unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

8. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes. COD is available for most pin codes across India. Availability is automatically checked at checkout based on your delivery address.

9. What if I receive a damaged or defective product?

If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect (e.g., torn fabric, faulty hooks) or is incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or an unboxing video. We will verify the issue and arrange a free replacement or refund.

Yes. We understand the need for privacy. All NUSHAPE orders are shipped in secure, discreet outer packaging with no mention of the specific product type on the exterior box/bag.

11. How should I care for my NUSHAPE shapewear?

To maintain the elasticity and compression of your garments, we recommend hand washing in cold water with a mild detergent. Avoid machine drying, bleaching, or ironing, as high heat can damage the specialized shaping fabrics.
