Shipping Timelines

  • Orders are typically delivered within 4–7 business days from the date of dispatch
  • Standard dispatch occurs within 24–48 hours of order confirmation.
  • Dispatch timelines may vary during sale events, high-volume periods, or public holidays.
  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor your delivery.

Serviceable Locations

  • We currently ship Pan-India (serviceability subject to courier coverage)
  • Certain remote pin codes may have limited or extended delivery timelines
  • If your location is found to be non-serviceable after an order is placed, our team will contact you promptly to find a resolution.

Shipping Fees

  • Free Shipping on all orders above ₹999
  • ₹100 flat shipping fee on orders below ₹999
  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on eligible orders based on pin-code serviceability
  • COD availability may be restricted for certain high-value orders or during specific promotional periods.
  • Please ensure someone is available at the address to receive the package and make the payment to the courier partner.

Dispatch & Packaging

  • Orders are dispatched from our fulfillment centers across India
  • All shapewear, bras, and underwear are packed in discreet, secure, and hygienic packaging to ensure your privacy and product integrity during transit.
  • We partner with reliable national courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery to your doorstep.

Delivery Delays

Deliveries may be delayed due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Courier operational issues
  • National or regional holidays
  • Unexpected logistics disruptions or government-mandated restrictions. In such cases, our team will endeavor to keep you informed proactively regarding the new delivery schedule.

Damaged Packages in Transit

If you receive a package that appears tampered, damaged, or opened:

  • Do not accept the delivery from the courier personnel.
  • Or, record a clear unboxing video starting from the sealed outer courier bag.
  • Notify us within 48 hours of the delivery attempt with images and video evidence. This protocol is essential for apparel and intimate wear to ensure we can process a resolution for damaged or missing items quickly.
