Return & Exchange Policy

At NUSHAPE, we aim to deliver products that meet your expectations in quality, fit, and comfort. Due to the intimate nature of our product categories—including hygiene-sensitive shapewear, bras, and underwear—specific return conditions apply to ensure the safety and health of all our customers.

Please read the policy carefully before raising a request.

Eligible for Return / Exchange:

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery for the following categories, provided conditions are met:

Eligible Categories

  • Bras (excluding adhesive/stick-on bras)

  • Outerwear-style bodysuits (worn with undergarments)

  • Unopened/Sealed Shapewear (where the hygiene seal is intact)

Conditions

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • All tags, brand labels, and hygiene liners must be perfectly intact.

  • No signs of wear, stains (including deodorant or makeup marks), or odors.

  • The request must be raised within 7 days of the delivery date.

Once approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged. A nominal reverse shipping fee may be deducted from the refund or added to the exchange invoice where applicable.

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items:

Due to strict hygiene and intimate-use safety standards, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once the packaging is opened or the item is tried on:

  • All shapewear products

  • Bodysuits

  • Shapewear shorts & panties

  • High-waist briefs

  • Saree shapewear & petticoats

  • Any Intimate-wear sets including panties

These items are strictly non-returnable unless delivered defective, damaged, or as an incorrect item.

Defective / Damaged / Incorrect Items:

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged in transit (torn fabric, broken hooks/straps)

  • Incorrect size or style compared to your order

  • Manufacturing defect (stitching issues)

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID

  • Clear images or an unboxing video showing the defect

  • Images of the original packaging and tags

We will arrange a priority replacement or a full refund after internal verification.

Refund Process:

Once the returned product reaches our facility and passes a quality/hygiene inspection:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund to original payment method within 7–10 business days

  • Cash on Delivery Orders: Refund via bank transfer after bank details are provided by the customer.

  • Store Credit Option: Available on request; valid for future purchases on our website.

Note: Shipping charges paid at the time of the order are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Return Request Process:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return/exchange (e.g., "Size issue" or "Defective")

  • Photos/videos of the product and tags

Our team will respond and provide a resolution within 24–48 business hours.

Important Notes:

  • Items returned without original packaging or tags will be rejected.

  • Used, washed, or worn hygiene products will not be accepted under any circumstances and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

  • NUSHAPE reserves the right to decline returns or exchanges that do not meet the hygiene and quality conditions mentioned above.
