Raise a Return / Exchange
At NUSHAPE, we aim to make returns simple and transparent while maintaining the highest hygiene standards. Please read the conditions below before submitting a request.
Return / Exchange Window
Return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Eligible Products
You may request a return or exchange for:
• Bras and Bralettes (provided they are unworn and tags are intact)
• Unopened Shapewear (only if the hygiene seal/packaging is completely untampered)
• Outerwear-style Bodysuits (if tried on over personal undergarments)
Conditions:
• Product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
• All tags, brand labels, and hygiene seals must be perfectly intact.
• No signs of wear, stains (makeup/deodorant), or odors.
• Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Approved requests will be scheduled for a reverse pickup. A nominal reverse shipping fee may be deducted from the refund or exchange value where applicable.
Non-Returnable Products
Due to strict hygiene and intimate-use safety standards, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once the packaging is opened or the item is tried on:
• All shapewear products
• Thongs
• Adhesive Bras & Nipple Pasties
• Saree Shapewear & Mermaid Petticoats
• Any intimate-set bottoms
These items are only eligible for replacement if delivered defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Defective / Damaged / Incorrect Items
If you receive:
• A damaged product (torn fabric, faulty hooks/zippers)
• An incorrect size or style compared to your order
• A manufacturing defect
Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Order Number
• Clear unboxing video or photos of the issue
• Images of the packaging and tags
After verification, we will arrange a priority replacement or refund.
Refund Timelines
Once the returned product passes our hygiene and quality inspection:
• Prepaid orders: Refund to original payment method within 7–10 business days
• COD orders: Refund via bank transfer after bank details are shared
• Store credit: Available on request
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
How to Raise a Request
Email us with:
• Order Number
• Reason for return or exchange
• Supporting images/videos (especially for defects)

Important Notes
• Items returned without original packaging or tags will be rejected.
• Used or washed hygiene products cannot be accepted under any circumstances.
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper washing (e.g., machine washing delicate shapewear) are not eligible for return.
• NUSHAPE reserves the right to decline any request that does not meet the specified hygiene criteria.
